Our website is owned and operated by Sickleholme Golf Club. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Sickleholme Golf Club. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. Your use of our website indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the materials on our Website (as well as the organisation and layout of the Website) together with the underlying software code are owned either directly by Us or by Our licencors. Without Our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on our or the underlying software code whether in whole or in part. However, the contents of our Website may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal non-commercial use.

These Terms and Conditions contain all the terms of your agreement with Us relating to your use of our Website. No other written or oral statement (including statements in any brochure or promotional literature published by Us) will be incorporated.

Sickleholme Golf Club makes no warranty whatsoever for the reliability, stability or any virus-free nature of any software being downloaded from our website.

All software products downloaded from any section of our website or via a link pointed to by our website are downloaded, installed, and used totally and entirely at the users own risk.

Your use of our Website, any downloaded material from it and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We reserve the right to bring proceedings in the Courts of the country of your residence.

 

Tee Reservations & Online Booking

The following terms and conditions apply for ALL visitor tee reservations using our online Internet booking facility.

Bookings and Payment

To book a tee time on-line you will need to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment for your tee reservation will be taken from your credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Bookings will only be confirmed once all mandatory fields have been completed online and a booking reference number provided.

Please report to the Pro shop before beginning your round. We recommend arrival at the Club at least 20 minutes before your tee-off time.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the Professional on 01433 651306 if you need to cancel or amend your booking. We will seek to offer an alternative time that is suitable or agree a refund. We reserve the right o charge for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the event.

If you fail to cancel your booking, no refunds will be made.

Course Closed

In the unlikely event that the course is closed for unsuitable conditions, we will offer you a full refund, OR an alternative and mutually agreeable tee reservation for another day.

Booking Amendments

We reserve the right to change your tee reservation if exceptional conditions arise. Should we need to do so, then as a minimum we will offer a full refund of all prepaid fees OR a complimentary tee booking for the same number of players on an alternative mutually agreeable date and time.

Booking Transfers

Your booking is transferable. Should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the booking to someone else such as a family member or friend, providing they accept these terms and conditions, and meet our playing criteria such as dress code and etiquette etc.

Handicaps

All players must have a valid handicap and have a CDH number. We reserve the right to refuse play if your standard of golf or dress and etiquette do not meet our requirements, which have been established to please all players and visitors alike. Our website outlines our dress code for both on course attire and in the Clubhouse.

On course

Buggies are available as well as hand pull and electric trolleys can be hired from the Pro shop and requested at time of booking or arranged on the day subject to availability.

Spiked shoes may be worn on the course.
