Sickleholme Charity Day 2026

Dear Members,

On Sunday 2nd August  we held the Club's Charity Day in aid of the Captain's chosen charity, Macmillan Cancer Support.

We had a fantastic turnout, with 41 teams taking part. Combined with the incredible generosity of our members in donating raffle prizes, Katie's hard work in securing many more prizes from local businesses, and the valued support of our sponsors, the day was a tremendous success.

A huge thank you to all our sponsors, local businesses and individuals who kindly donated prizes, vouchers and services. Your generosity played a significant part in making the event such a success.

Overall, we raised well over £4,000 for this fantastic charity.

A sincere thank you to everyone who supported the day by playing, volunteering or making a donation. Your generosity and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated and helped make the event such a memorable occasion.

We would also like to thank the entire Scickleholme team for making the day so special. The course was in excellent condition, the bar and catering were, as always, of the highest standard, and Jack did a fantastic job in the Pro Shop running the event.
