Good morning & welcome to the 2016 President’s prize week- Below are a few notes showing the preparation to the course during the week.

 

Monday- has seen a growth regulator and liquid iron applied. This is to reduce growth ( to help with greens speed consistency ) and enhance the colour.

 

Tuesday- the greens will be brushed & double cut with the original greens height being retained. The mowers have also been away for their monthly sharpen just in time for the big week.

New cup inserts will also be fitted and the pins all washed down.

Hole positions will be moved as normal. Ensuring that Wednesday's positions are kept until Friday night.

 

The fairways will receive an Extra cut this week and IF required a full team will be working Friday night & Saturday morning.

 

On Saturday morning the aprons will be cut, greens cut, ironed, vibe rolled & all pins will have been moved & all bunkers raked,
