Ladies Santa’s scramble and Christmas Lunch - another great day enjoyed by the Ladies of Sickleholme Golf Club. Sadly the golf had to be cancelled due to heavy rain but the fancy dress competition was still entered by many teams with “the pigs in blankets” winning and the penguins were very close runners up. Two representatives from Medical Detection Dogs attended the event with Barton, the black Labrador steeling the show. Lady Captain presented the cheque to them for the fantastic sum of £7497.82 and would like to thank all those that helped get to this amazing total. The lunch as always was fabulous and the Sickleholme Ladies Choir entertained after with some festive songs.
